Godfather of Soul

I hope you live 200 years, and that I live 200 years minus one day, so I never know beautiful people like you passed away.

The legendary Mr. Brown just went, didn't he.
Thank you, Getzapped.

Brown went, but not without touching many people along the way. I believe we all do that. Maybe not in such a "grand scale", but we do.

That's some line forming at Heaven's Gates this Xmas! JB will entertain with 'Papa's Gotta Brand New Bag' and Gerry the Excuse for a Prezz will be looking for one to throw up into, just like he did at the Chinese State banquet.
JB was untouchable as THE Soul Man of all time. And he had so many ants in his pants there's no way he'll R.I.P.

Right on! -SB

Miles- LOL! Yeah, JB will give them a run for their money - with his moves ;)

I think it is James Brown who created the famed 'moonwalk' dance moves and later perfected by Michael Jackson..ha ha.

James Brown gave us a lifetime of superb honest and original exciting entertainment.

He was a man, who had learnt from his difficult early background and went on to pass this message to the world:

"Die on your feet, don't live on your knees."

Studio l- It's my joy to share and inspire. JB was a huge inspiration for so many. He will be missed, but his work and legend live on. Your work is very inspiring to me.

Welcome, Amy. I guess he means all those who touched his life.

Peace to all for 2007!
