Success in a Mediocre World

Sometimes I worry about being a success in a mediocre world. ~Lily Tomlin

Concentrate on success.

Nevermind what the world is!

(Susan Abraham makes me adore this word 'nevermind' from one of her entries on 'nevermind'.)

Your success might be the inspiration that the world needs. Your success might be the one thing, that turns the world from being mediocre to great!

So be the highest success that you can.

Your recent visit to my blog touched me and I am thankful for your kind words. Stay being the great person that you are.

Success in a mediocre world? Oh dear...now that's really too much.

P.S.: Were you saying something about the ego, Getzapped? :-)

Classic- pure classic.
I also loved her in "Flirting with Disaster" and "I -heart- Huckabees" if you haven't seen those run, don't walk,...well you get the idea!!

Funny thing about success. It is usually bestowed by people who waste their lives watching shows like “American Idol.”

ruby- hey, it's nice to hear from you! Your insights are always refreshing and thoughtful ; )

susan- the catch here is, mediocre world- maybe I feel it more here in the US. And yes, the ego does find its way into things quite often...more than I'd like sometimes.

lp- yes classic Lily. I laugh just looking at this picture :-}

miguel- You know I'm one of the lucky ones - my TV sits in the closet. Nice to hear from you.

Peace to all.
