No Boundary Line

Music is your own experience, your own thoughts, your wisdom. If you don't live it, it won't come out of your horn. They teach you there's a boundary line to music. But, man, there's no boundary line to art. ~Charlie "Bird" Parker

I love the *old* jazz, that was just music painting a story. Did you ever read my poem about jazz?

Brian- I recalled a poem you shared in a previous post: http://getzapped.blogspot.com/2006/12/improvisation.html is this it? I love how you capture the free essence of the genre in this poem.

There's no boundary line to anything beautiful, is there, Getzapped.
Thank God, thank god.

It's quite amazing that as soon as I opened your blog, this picture 'spoke' to me. I immediately felt a lift of the heart on glimpsing the musician. :-)

Amazing composition with the picture. Makes me wish I had gone through some more college or would at least have time to learn on my own.

Well down from a fellow Graphic Designer.

Thank you, Brian for stopping in and commenting. I hope you find time to teach yourself more graphic design, if the desire is there. I have learned much more on my own than in college. Sometimes we just need to give ourselves permission.

Peace~
