I always thought that as an artist I see the world that way. Also, because I've moved so much in my life, have spent very little time in Canada yet still remain a citizen there. I often joke about being a woman without a country.

This is how I characterize myself as well, especially since I'm so many things put together over the course of generations. I've always liked the idea of being a "person of the world".
