This is a powerful quote. This is my personal take on this quote: Many read books, observe life but they don't learn, they just note without real understanding, so they are unable to teach or in other words unable to share with others.

To be able to teach takes a lot of enthusiasm and understanding of any of the subject matter and that is for the one, who works hard to learn!
