I believe change always begins with us. It's so hard to do the inner work sometimes, but we're all the richer and wiser for it. When we make positive changes we just can't wait to share them with the world! It's nice how that works :)

studio- it's so true, and yet we find it easier to blame others instead of looking at ourselves, where the real work is that benefits us and others. It's always lovely to share with you, we do seem to be on the same path a lot.
susan- I get them from various places; http://www.brainyquote.com/ , http://www.quotegarden.com/ & http://www.about.com/ are good sources. I did have a great weekend. A yoga workshop that kicked my butt and a walk on campus for cherry blossoms ;)
cosmic- so much is out there to attempt to change and we can only impact through example, really.
