Holding to our object of focus and recognizing our repeated distraction serves to interrupt the obsessive train of thoughts and preoccupations, so that over time we develop some inner peace and stability.
Oh boy, do I ever need to hold on to this thought when I'm trying to fall asleep some nights. But, if I held on to this thought then I'd start picturing all the cool visuals and my brain would start to wander off again....whoa is me.....
I enjoy the outdoors, where I gather much of my creative inspiration. I find it necessary to spend time in nature, for balance and sanity. Get Zapped is where I post my photos accompanied by quotes I find intriguing. Get Zen is for sharing my Illustrations, design work, poetry, and other creative outlets. Thanks for stopping by.
