Rekindled

At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us. ~Albert Schweitzer

I love when a spark from another person ignites ours or vice versa, sweet. Your image is lovely.

How true indeed. This is excellent GZ - both photo and choice of words.

It's true: we reflect one another, in a way. Beautiful picture.

Yes, this is why it is so important who we surround ourselves with.

Someone gave me a spark a few days ago and this quotation describes it perfectly. We are all stars and it is our task to shine upon each other. I love this north country photo btw. Perfect.

how true this is . years ago me and my husband were going through some depressing times........and the cloud just wont lift......i ll never forget my friend who came to rekindle my fire..........shed leave her two kids with the caretaker and come to cheer me up.......shed have to travel 20 kms to get to my place and again travel the same distance back...she d have just fivteen minutes time to spend with us.....shed come wed play UNO the three of us and then shed make us laugh and shed go back.............

I know how it is to have your fire die out everyday and have it kindled by someone who loves you again and again..........
finally it is what got us out of depression.........thanks for reminding me.........im new to your blog just hopped here from another blog.

I've so enjoyed your shared experiences around this idea of sparking one another. The more we bring gratitude into our hearts for others (and ourselves), the more joy we have in the world.

Peace~
