...of Nature

Look at the optimism of Nature. Nothing can stop it. Only the ego makes humans pessimistic, and this causes suffering. ~Amma (Mata Amritanandamayi Devi)

Yes, ego is often a problem than not,

i had a friend who used to ask 'if ego is taken out...what would i be' -- sounded reasonable....

but then spiritually taming the ego is what is needed, I think

Mata Amritanandamayi is from Kerala...God's Own Country where the beauty of nature abounds...and my native place too :))

lovely picture, GZ :)

Yes. Ego causes SO many problems, doesn't it? I think every marriage would be perfect if we all could slay our egos.
I have missed coming over for verbal refreshment. I'm glad you're back (last time I'd checked, you were taking a break).
