Little Things

I still get wildly enthusiastic about little things... I play with leaves. I skip down the street and run against the wind.

Yes I so agree! People think I'm nuts but they don't understand where happiness and beauty is found - excellent quote.

How wonderful that you picked a quote from Leo! When the "IF" word was clutter, I was trying to look up the story about the time he spread a huge bag of leaves all over the airpleane he was travelling on! It was such a wonderful story about how people get hung up on those who don't rake their leaves and leave their lawns such a mess. He saw the beauty in those fallen leaves, as do we. I did my own painted version of clutter from that memory of him.
Happy Monday! Lovely photo and sentiment.XX

Sometimes, when I'm in the park and I notice a leaf falling from a tree, I'll try to catch it before it hits the ground.

It's so difficult to run against the wind, most people prefer to bend like grass. It is so much more comfortable. I would like to be wise enough to do so....
