Love and Friendship

All love that has not friendship for its base, is like a mansion built upon sand. ~Ella Wheeler Wilcox

Thanks for your comments as always, this picture seems apt in regards to your comments about new construction. I responded in my blog to you but thought I'd also say here that the construction bothers me less than the cars, for the most part Seattle's neighborhoods seem pedestrian friendly, but to get between them I wish more people would opt to take the bus. I have been impressed though with how green Seattle is despite all the building and sprawl, I've lived in Orlando and this is absolute heaven compared to that mess. Take care, eli.

eli- I appreciate your input, too. I did comment on your blog about all this. Yes, cars and urban sprawl are things that get me going. Seattle is a lovely city, don't get me wrong, it's just I've see the impact of the growth and it's not going away...

polona- hello ;)

stephen- you are lucky!
